After my firsts Couple week of being in the new classroom most of the children knew me as we’ve always been combined it in the yard. So our relationships were there are already but we were able to flourish and grow them more. Some of those children that didn’t really know me that well had the opportunity to grow the relationship more between us.
I have always enjoyed doing activities with the children in the different areas within our backyard; one of my most favorite areas is the art gazebo. Of course being curious and discovering alongside with the children well being outside is one of my amazing moments will being with children. When I say being alongside the children, I enjoyed the discoveries that they find within our natural world around us. When they get excited about holes in the ground and they don’t know what’s in it. This is when the sense of wonder and engagement comes in.
