I was able to go over my mentors feedback from today she recognizes that I always arrive early for my shift and I communicate clearly with my co-teachers within the classroom I make sure to yell out how many children are taking into the bathroom.
She also said my skills of checking in with parents of drop-off and pickup and we talk about the date night she also talked about how my awareness of the classroom to the routine and I also make sure that do what needs to be done within the day I make sure to think about the children taking regular water breaks and I use lots of sign language and attached chat to help a nonverbal child communicate.
She also talked about my pedagogical display in the main entrance and she thinks it’s very impressive it’s been a while since I’ve been able to add to this I’m hoping to do this very soon.
